contrast?

i found a pretty funny cartoon on the web. the picture is about obesity problem that happens to most kids in America. 

but somehow it reminds me of a picture that my friend sent to my facebook account, that shows an African child that nearly have no meat in his body. 

its kinda sad isn't it?

why didn't McDonald's, Burger King, A&W, and those other fast food company increasing the number of their restaurant in Africa?
